This menu will not display information, it is for reporting only.

Print Child Count Information... will print a list of all students included

in the Dec. 1st, child count.

Check Child Count Data... checks all records for accurate data and will print a

report indicating any errors, such as...

Missing date of birth,
Missing reason for transfer,
Missing primary handicap, etc..

Build Child Count File....builds a "Fixed Length" file on you disk that can be used

to import all of your child count data into the program provided by the Department of Public Instruction.
