The Student list below allows you to search and sort the student records an any way you chose. It also allows yo to print reports for any group of students, as well as labels. When you double click on a line that student record will be opened for you to view or modify.

The column titles at the top of each list are also search and sort buttons. The icon in the upper left corner shows the sort order. If you alt-click a title the column will be sorted in the opposite order. The sorted column is indicated with a red title name.
When you ctrl-click a column title a quick search dialog box will be displayed. See the Search Dialog below.

The buttons at the bottom of the list are used to narrow down the list of records displayed. They are..............

Show Last Search... If you have used the search dialog to find a group of records and then use one of the pop-up buttons to display a different selection this button will restore your last selection.

Last Name Starts with.... This button displays the "Edit Student Info." dialog allowing you to find students by last name.

Modified Forms.... Displays a dialog where you will enter a number of days, for example (3). The system will then display any students that have had an IEP form completed by anyone in the last (3) days.

Enter.... This button will exit the student list and return you to the main menu.

There are also two menus associated with the student list to provide additional functions.

Search Dialog The window below will find all students that have an IEP expiration date between the dates entered.
