This software is available for both Windows and Macintosh. Both platforms are able to use the software at the same time over an Ethernet network and/or the internet. When used over the internet the system will operate at the same speed as your WEB browser.

This allows a school district that has more than one platform to access the data base from any of their computers. It also allows teachers to access the system from home over the internet with either Windows or Macintosh.

Automated backup of Data

• Full Backup: Makes a backup copy of a database. ( on your schedule )
• Restore: Restores a database or log file for which a backup copy exists.
• Restore Log: Displays a log of the operations that have occurred since the last backup, allowing
  you to restore the database up to a specified point in the past.

Teacher Access

• Teachers have access only to those students that are part of their "Class Unit" and "New Students"
  you give them access to for Evaluation/IEP purposes.
• Teachers can NOT Modify or Delete student information.
• Teachers CAN create and modify an unlimited number of forms, but only for those students that have been assigned to them. Forms that need to be deleted must be removed by a member of the administrative staff.

Cost

• Single user $900.00 per year, includes all updates and phone support.
  
• Multi-user $1,500.00 per year, includes all updates and phone support.
  
• If you have 600 students that require an IEP or evaluation and use the multi-user system,
  your cost is only $2.50 per student per year.
  
• The more students you have the lower your cost per student will be.
