plus a couple of extra forms most school district find useful.

Below is the "I-12" entry form. The button labeled "Select" next to each entry area will open a window
allowing you to select predefined items for that area.

This button displayed to the left of text areas on all forms will expand the size of the text area to the full size of your computer screen, even if you have a 21" monitor.

The Screen below allows a teacher to select predefined items. Each instance of "zzzz" will be replaced by the students first name when you click the enter button and return to the form.
