The Class Units file is used to build class rooms, and assign teachers and students to each class.

The list below displays all of your class units.

On the screen below you will enter information about the class unit.

The "Show/Select Students" button at the bottom of the screen allows you to assign students to the class unit.

The "Get Info. from Student File" updates the information displayed.

Note: Students can also be assigned to any class unit from the student record.

This screen displays all student that are in the class unit.

The "Select Students for this Class" button at the bottom of the screen allows you to select student to be added to the class unit.

Click on names in the list to add a student to the class. Student that are part of the class unit have a bullet in front of their name.

The titles above each column are used to sort the list.

The pop-up buttons at the bottom of the screen allows you to select students from any school in your district, and then either all grade levels or a specific grade within that school.
